Steward Health Care engaged Centurion Service Group, a TRIMEDX Company, to close 13 Boston-area sites, including three acute-care hospitals. Centurion decommissioned and prepared more than 6,000 assets across 1.5 million square feet, managing inventory, global auctions, and asset removal, with unsold items moved to secure warehouses for secondary sales. Within 45 days, all sites were fully and compliantly closed, enabling Steward Health to recover $3.5 million.
