As senior vice president, Ross Ettin oversees strategic partnerships, purchases, and sales creating a vision for the future of the company. Ross was an original co-founder of Centurion Service Group and brings 25+ years of diverse experience in the appraisal, banking, and private equity healthcare industries.

Director of Operations

Tomasz Bednarek provides company-wide leadership for warehouse & field operations, special projects management, and most importantly, supply chain optimization. He has managed multiple equipment valuations and liquidations, including hospital and surgery center close-outs, relocations, and the liquidation of surplus medical assets.

Andrew Armington leads the sales and account management teams for Centurion Service Group, focusing on building strong, lasting relationships through his team working as trusted advisors with current and prospective clients. He brings over 12 years of healthcare experience, including the last 10+ in healthcare equipment management and sales.

Brad Tivin

Director of Business Development

Brad Tivin coordinates with surgery centers, radiology centers, and hospital administrators to gain customers of both medical equipment sales and appraisals. Brad graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs. As a certified auctioneer and personal property appraiser, Brad can help excel in multiple departments within the company.

Steve Lerner brings nearly 40 years of sales and marketing experience to Centurion Service Group with a career that has included business development, regional & national sales management, and owning a marketing agency. At Centurion, he builds customer-centered programs focused on creating business and sales growth.

With over 20 years of successful sales and sales executive leadership in the hospital and healthcare sector, Andrew Baron excels in developing mutually successful partnerships with healthcare systems, GPOs, IDNs, and RPCs leadership and field teams. He is a 15-year member of AHRMM, serving on the National AHRMM Conference Board as well as numerous positions within many regional AHRMM chapters. Utilizing his years of sales, leadership, and service, Andrew’s focus is to expand Centurion Service Group’s presence in the nation’s largest healthcare systems, GPOs, IDNs, and RPCs.

Jennifer Haller is dedicated to assisting her clients located in the Southeast free up financial resources by liquidating unused medical equipment to Centurion Service Group. Jennifer has years of experience in medical sales and is a key player on the team.
