As Vice President, Eric manages the operations and marketing and works with medical facility bankruptcies, closures, relocations, and distressed assets. He previously worked in the financial industry and is a certified appraiser and auctioneer. He is a member of the Industrial Auctioneers Association (IAA).

Tomasz Bednarek
Director of Operations
Tomasz provides company-wide leadership for warehouse and field operations, special projects management, and most importantly, supply chain optimization. He has managed multiple equipment valuations and liquidations, including hospital and surgery center close-outs, relocations, and the liquidation of surplus medical assets.

Brad Tivin
Director of Business Development
Brad coordinates with surgery centers, radiology centers, and hospital administrators to gain customers of both medical equipment sales and appraisals. Brad graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in public affairs. As a certified auctioneer and personal property appraiser, Brad has the ability to help excel in multiple departments within the company.

Bob Sierer is Production Manager for Retail Sales with responsibility for managing staff, order production, and product distribution within warehouse operations. He was a production manager for Ganim Medical prior to joining Centurion Service Group in 2019 and has over 12 years of experience in the industry. Bob holds a degree in sports management from Bluffton University.
